well first thing is i dont knoe wah i got mai self into... mai boss accepted a job for me doing this swap..and now im freakin stuck...i use this sitehttp://sr20.hybrids.jp/installation...r_into_s14.html but the F3 connector on the 95 240sx ish different and there ish no pinout for the F3 connector and it dont say wah colors they are.... if there is anyone that can help me in any way PLEASE!!

He also didn't accept the job, someone just threw it on him and not everyone has the same amount of knowledge on the SR swap as the specialization shops.

I have an import repair shop in central florida and just finished an s13 into s14 swap and i decided that it wasnt worth my time to try and figure out the wiring when i could be working on other things so i sent mine to Estevan that used to work with Enjuku. I'm not to proud to let someone that has more experiece than me do the wiring. Yes i could have figured it out but why not spend that same amount of time working on something that i can make money on. The rest of the swap was a piece of cake and the car runs great. The secret to success is surrounding yourself with good people. Work smarter not harder. Cliche but true
