i can come to a stop in gear and it wont stall....it lags a bunch when i try to accelerate doesnt really kick in (power)till about 3000 rpms. i have an afc and a sohc mafim guessin maybe the afc settings? any?one know what my settings should be? or what this problem is??

Just a few questions so maybe I, or others, can help:

What type of AFC do you have? What do you have it set to for 'In/Out' on the HotWire setting? <assuming APEXi SAFC of some sort>

Has the car run fine before, or is this a problem that has never gone away?

To me, it sounds sort of like you have a setting for Dec. Air (based on you saying the car doesn't stall), and maybe perhaps you haven't setup your TPS sensor in the AFC, so it knows when it's closed and when it's WOT. If the car struggles from idle with minimal gas, but does reasonably well semi-floored from idle, that would almost certainly be the problem.

Sorry, that was all extremely hypothetical, not knowing any extra information.

Hopefully this helps, and if not, shoot up some more information and I'll take another shot!

safc 1yes the car ran fine before.....i changed the tps and install the afc since it last ran good. after thoses install it started messin up.

its not really about how i press the petal is about how many rpm i have i works fine over 3000rpm it just kic

Why did you change the TPS? And are you certain you have it installed in the correctly.

I guess, like Tenkawa said, I'd make sure the TPS is installed correctly. I'm not sure of the exact voltage, but I want to say WOT is 4 volts and closed is something like .4 volts. I'm sure there are posts either here or Google-able for that information. Get your TPS calibrated correctly by having it bolted on at the correct angle on the throttle body, then re-do the AFC setup for throttle position, and you should be running smooth again.

i old tps was shot it was necessary and the new one got rid of the problem and it was absolutely installed correctly.....it runs smooth it just lags like i said when u rev it it doesnt grab untill 3k rpms.how would i redo the afc settings?im thinkin its my clutch

ok it grabs quicker now . and the rpm needle drops to like 1000 from 4000 when i take my foot of the petal when driving. im starting to think maybe its not my clutch....here are my afc setting please if anything looks wrong LMK what i should be Thanks:
