S13 Sr20det - Intake mani install - Not Starting Help!

Installed a Godspeed intake manifold (Had the exact same one on before) Reinstalled the fuel rail/ injectors and all the wiring. IACV delete. Car was running perfectly before the mani was taken off. The car cranks again and again and won't start.

1. I have spark and new plugs. + battery good
2. Fuel pump primes and works
3. Injector harness reads 12v (need to check the pulse next)
4. All connections are hooked up and all vacuum hooked up.
5. Never touched CAS (Timing was perfectly fine)

I've been looking through the FSM and their is a lot to look at, I just have this feeling that I am missing something or it is something super simple that I have looked over. I have a hard time believing that something like my injectors or whatever when bad with me touching it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check for codes. Also check the 2 grounds that are supposed to go to the i.m. In the back.
