s13 sr20det in an s14

do need a different drive shaft if i'm going to put a s13 sr20det blacktop engine and m/t in my 95 240? i have an 95 240 m/t driveshaft

right now i install a 89 240 m/t in my 95 240 and the drive shaft is 1 inch too long, but its the correct drive shaft. is the s13 sr20det m/t the same lenth as an 89 240sx?

The MT shaft on the 89-90's seems to be longer. The 89' driveshaft on my SR transmission seems to be further in than it was on my 96.
