s13 sr20det high idle at random times..

ok guys i have an s13 sr20det, t28 turbo,safc,wideband, greddy style intake manifold.

sometimes it will idle perfectly at 900rpms. safc reads 1.1%

sometimes its will idle at like 1400rpms steady. safc reads 1.6%

sometimes it will idle super high at like 1700 rpms. safc reads 2% or so

sometimes the idle will radomly start going up and down between 1300 or so to 2000 or so, it will do this for a little while , and then continue to idle steady at about 1700 or so....

i recently tightened all my IC pipes and whatnot.

i have a metric boost gauge what should my vacume look like? it sits at like the 500 mark or so.

the two smaller nosles on the IACV are not hooked up to anything just capped off. im not sure but i was told they were for coolant? but i have no idea if that has anything to do with my weird idle..
it all seems to be completly random..

unplugged TPS and started car then idle shoots up to 2200 or so..?
and wideband reads 14.5 afr. 2.x something on the safc.

idk what to check timing? throttle stop screw? iacv? or what?
