S13 sr20det hesitating during boost?

I have been trying to figure out what could be my problem. First you should know I have a 95 240sx with a Red Top S13 engine. Turbonetics T3/T4 Turbo, Custom down pipe, Isis Test Pipe, Isis Straight dual tip 3" exhaust, Blitz DD BOV, Greddy M-Spec Intercooler, Sard Thermostat, New Oem waterpump, ARC Oil Pan, Mishimoto Radiator with dual electric fans, New water temp switch, Megan pulleys new belts, Greddy oil catch can, Nismo adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
All I have done to the transmission is a Blitz Single Disc Clutch (pretty old.)
Ok so the car is running on 10lbs of boost. When I give the car gas the car runs great, but once the car starts hitting boost the car seems to hesitate in a way. Like im not getting the full potential of my engine on boost. I took a somewhat decent video of the problem, but will be using my gopro hero 2 for better video. Anyways let me know. Thank you.

It could be a number of things. First id check for codes, then boost leak test, then set tps idle then timing. Id also check fuel pressure while at wot. (must have the right tester to do so)
