s13 sr20det cold weather problem

ok my car is acting up weird... whenever its cold outside it wont pass 3000 rpm and sumtyms engine idle drops, front end shakes and engine dies. during normal houston weather its up and boosting. i searched and they said its my MAF. and im confused coz if my MAFs bad... its already been two months since dis problem started it goes on and off. and whenever i remove the pigtail from my maf wether its running ok or not nothing changed... i knoe my idle should somehow change but no effect. some sites also says its bcoz of a vacuum leak... i already changed my FMIC pipings and took off my BOV and fix my vacuum lines hoping to solve my problem but it stil the same. any suggestions?

8 views??? i think i already fixed it... but suggestions are welcome!

i replaced my CTS, cleaned my MAF and IACV, cleaned all harnes connectors with electronic parts cleaner... it ran fine i hope its fixed.... the weather is okay outside and its not cold... ill try to start it up tonight.
