s13 sr20det blktop swap....Help!!!!

ok. here we go... i just installed my 2nd sr20det into a s13. i did the wiring like i did before...everything is connected. i have the problem that i crank the motor and it wont start. i checked time, fuel which it does have, checked the ignitor with my other ignitor chip from my other car. checked fuel pump. well i know its fuel because i spray brake cleaner into the vacuum line and it start up. stays on. its driveable but i as soon as i turn it off it wont start...will crank but wont stay on...it seems like it wants to catch but doesnt.

when i have it running i pulled the injector plugs and they all work because each cylinder stumbles. i ran out of ideas.

can any one help me out. please?????
