S13 Sr20 Vac lines w/ electronic boost controller

I have been researching this for a while and everyone's setup seems to be different. I have searched the hell out of this and I'm hoping someone with a electronic boost controller installed can help me out. I have the aem controller, and had a nipple installed on my hotpipe.

Whats the correct setup for my vacuum lines???

Here's my setup right now that I'm sure is not right. 3 ports from TB--Bottom gets left alone-Bigger port---->BOV-Smaller port--->FPR-->Boost gauge-->Boost Controller (turbo pressure)-IC pipe has port-->Wastegate-->Boost controller

Sounds right to me. I just dunno about setting up the boost controller, I thought it should only be hooked up from the IC pipe?
