S13 sr20 issues

Got a blacktop in my s13 with a wiring specialties harness and z32 maf and a enthalapy tuned ecu. It starts up and revs to 2k then stalls. If I unplug the maf it runs but like crap..as it should. I tested the continuity between the maf and ecu and the signal and ground wire was good. Didn't exactly know where the 12v wire for the maf is couldn't find it on the pinout of the ecu. It's getting no power to the connector to the maf. I tested the ecu for volts and actually got voltage for the signal wire but it was like 1v. Any leads anyone?
