s13 sr20 in s14 question

alright i'm swapping my s13 sr20det into my 95 240sx se, now i had my wiring harness converted for me but when installing the motor i have quite a few plugs around the fuse box that don't mate up to anything, is this gonna be a problem or do you think the harness could be wried around this (if thats even possible). also a brief question i had was will a driveshaft from an s13 5 speed fit on a s14 5 speed?

there where a couple plugs that i had left over on the fuse box area, one was for abs which my car doesnt have. one was for the box on the firewall, where it plugs in is kinda hidden. i dont remember where the other one was supposed to go but i didnt use it. so in summation had 3 plugs and only used one.
