s13 sr redtop greddy speed limit cut controller help (need english instructions)

I'm getting ready to install the Speed Cut Controller from Greddy on a 92 s13 redtop sr20det car...........

If anyone has installed it and can help-- please chime in!

or- if you know of a link to a site that has the info...... please post it.....

I know where the wires are on the ecu harness..... (looked like ecu power, ground, and yellow/green speed signal wire) but what wires do you connect them to on the scc?

and how does the speed activated signal wire function that can be connected to other components work? ( I saw the speed settings for the pin switches in KM and can get that.... I just need to understand the rest of the instructions that are in Japanese)
