S13 SR, no spark, no injector pulse

So i'm just trying to star my sr, the engine crank, the fuel pump work, but got no spark and ingector pulse... The ecu send me a code 11 ( CAS) when i try to start the engine... but i chek the my wiring many times and chek the CAS as its tell in the FSM and every things ok, grouns are all ok too...
i'm wondering if there are relays for the ignion and injection??

Replace Crank Angle Sensor and ECU with a known good one and see what happens.
