S13 SR fuel rail revision? Weird?

So while searching for side feed rails for the S13 SR, Ive came across a ton of OEM rails on every 240 site out there they are all different compared to the ones that came with our SR. Have a look.

Here is what i have been seeing. (Note the 4th tab on the opposing side is not there)

This is how they originally look (4 tabs total)

I find it odd, I am trying to find a fuel rail with a tab on the opposing side since i already have to chop one off for use with my Greddy intake mani i dont want to only have it connected in just two spots

Has anyone else heard anything about this? Apparently Nissan Japan only carries this rail now.
