I bought a sunroof cover from someone (OEM) and its too long and doesnt line up right with my sunroof. I was at NOPI this past weekend parked with other 240's and I looked at their sunroofs, and the cover would fit theirs. If Im not mistaken, they were all DOHC's. My sunroof was shorter (width) and sat closer to the windshield.
Did someone ADD a sunroof to my car, or are the SOHC sunroof's different than the DOHC ones?

To the best of my knowledge, S13 had two differnt roofs. The hatch had a manual one and the coupes had a mechanical one that retracted into the roof with its own cover. I agree that the manual ones are a ***** if you wanna take it out. One thing to think about...my pop had a 90 SE-V6 hardbody that had a manual rool like the 240's. It was different in size, they might have mistakenly given you the wrong one. If you have the two screw holes in the back of the moon roof, two little flip up difflectors at the front when you take out the roof, then it is stock and not one that had been added. See if you can find some one with a 90-95 SE-V6 hardbody and sun roof and see if yours will fit. If it does, then you know what happened.

anyways, back on topic. would it be possible to do a manual -> motorized version (from the coupe)?i'd love to get the sunroof to be manual.. im just too lazy to take off that big piece of glass only to put it back on after like 15-30 mins..

Yeah, I dont have those little screw holes near where it opens up.
