Hello, so I have an '89 240sx S13 SOHC and I'm swapping in the Blacktop s13 sr20det. My question is.... how do you bend the SOHC lines to fit with the sr20det? I've heard its possible but I would like to see pic. And no I cant afford to get some DOHC lines and we dont have any pick n' pulls around the Long Beach Peninsula. I bought the whole front clip but idk if those lines will work for the swap... thanks in advance! :worthless:

Get a tubing bender. You will have to bend it so instead of going to ps it goes to ds. Pretty straight forward it just looks kinda ugly because you end up with like 3 ft of line you have to tuck somewhere.

You can use a gallon paint can and bend it around the can to get a 180 degree bend. the loop ends up right under the alternator / sway bar / oil pan, messy and in the way but it is do-able with $0.

You can cut it and remove the big loop if you want. I had mine brazed together for $12 at a hydraulic line shop (snow plow shop for those in the snow belt!). It held for 5 years until I sold the car, probably still working.

Good luck with your swap!
