Thanks! Now I will explain to you how to change oil pump. You will need to get the motor out, because you will need to remove the under oil pan . I remove all part I can before removing the engine. (Intake, Exhaust, Cylinder Head, Transmission, Clutch)

That's what I did:

- Drain Oil and Coolant- Remove Turbo and exhaust manifold- Remove intake manifold- Remove all belts - Remove valve cover - Set Engine at TDC with a 27mm key and ratchet.- Loose Crank pulley bolt with a 27mm key and impact gun.- Pull the crank pulley with a 6'' pulley puller- Remove puller, bolt and pulley- Remove oil pan, oil shield and strainer (Knife and Hammer for Gasket)- Remove all bolts from oil pump (outside and inside --> 2 Top, 2 Down)- Remove cam gear (24mm + wrench) and camshaft.- Remove Cylinder Head bolts with Impact Gun and 2 little bolts on the side- Remove center bearing for driveshaft and driveshaft will come off- Remove transmission Bolts with Impact (14,17,18mm), pry bar, 17mm wrench **Remember where they go because they are not all the same**- Remove Starter- Remove Transmission-Remove Pressure Plate and Clutch with Alignement tool and Impact (12mm)- Remove flywheel with Impact and 14mm 12 points key.- Unplug all wires and identify them- Remove two bolt on engine mount and get the engine out with a crane.- Put the engine on a tire.

Next Later

Thats why you have to remove the under oil pan

According to FSM, I install Flywheel (100ft-lb), Clutch and Pressure Plate (40ft-lb) and transmission (59 and 29 ft-lb depending on bolt size). Starter is also installed

Damn, I am envious of your two tone status. Nice coupe.

I almost had an evo 6 as my first car.
