s13 shell s14 motor

I have a severe problem. I have a 90 hatch it has a 95 s14 motor, transmission, ecu, and engine harness in it. It turns over but is not getting spark. I'm not sure what to do. It was also auto and i swapped it to standard. I really want and need to get my car back on the road my chevy z71 is killing me in gas. Any help is muchly appreciated.

Have you messed with the distributor at all?

Was the engine taken from a running car?

You do have both plugs to the dizzy connected right?

i haven't touched the distibutor. the motor was running when it was pulled. im not to sure about the dizzy plug
