S13 shakes like a Polaroid picture...

Hey guys, I need some help with my S13. I just re-did my brakes and after I was done I went for my 4 wheel alignment.Well, prior to the brake work my car would shake uncontrollably from 40-45mph up to 60mph. I figured it was just the alignment needed since when I checked, the tension rods seemed just fine and the control arms look good as well. Well I just got it back from the alignment and I can def. see an improvement in handling and it is a lot easier to handle during a drift, yet the car still shakes like crazy and it becomes really annoying, especially in the touge since 50-60mph is usually the avg speed. I removed all wheels and retorqued every bolt in the calipers and lug nuts. Still the shaking persists... Any suggestions? It's really starting to drive me nuts.

balance the tires, usually if its not the brakes its the tires that are not balanced.

****, I didn't think of that... Would it really shake the steering wheel left to right that much though, if it were only the wheels?

my brother balanced his tires on his S14.....doesn't shake anymore between 50-70mph.
