S13 seat mounting brackets

Does anyone else have a problem w/ corrosion on their seat mounting brackets? Mine are and it's fugly. Sometimes my carpet gets wet if I drive in the rain (in the floor between pass. seat and back seat). Also, my windows won't completely seal on the door gaskets (can't get the screws loose to adjust that). I think that it may just be from all the moisture from the floor leaking. Are there rubber drain plugs in the floor that could've rotted out? I haven't found any rust in the floor pan.
