S13 seat belt options

I just bought a sr20 powered 240, and the owner was planning on making it a track car. But I have different plans for it. It has no seat belts on it(except the waist), so I was wondering, Should i get a Z32 seat belt, and just bolt it on body? I don't feel like hooking up the track, because I hate them anyways, and I probably would just use the waist seat belt's retainer clip.
