i was wondering......is there any way to convert a s13 240sx into a s15 silvia as far as cosmetics go. i just love the look of the s15 silvia and was wondering if it would be to hard to make a s13 240sx look like a s15 silvia.

Its called a strawberry face conversion, look it up, theres a post about it somewhere in the 240 sections. Ah **** it, it depends on how much work you want to do. You can source all the parts yourself for about 2000 and then do everything custom for thousands of dollars, or you can buy a bolt on conversion. I'll be selling the bolt on conversion for 3,000 dollars, the S13 => S15 one at least. It just changes the front end, bumper, fenders, hood, headlights and all the associated parts. : ) People tell me they can get them cheaper than 3,000, but I haven't seen it, so my price stands. : ) If you're interested let me know. I can get you a S13 conversion for about 1,000 dollars. : ) Enjoy your day!

I have a friend that is doing the s13 to s15. He's actually doing the sil80 conversion. He bought the front end from Nissan. It should be done in about a month. It takes a lot of modification, due to the fact that the s15 fender will not fit with the 180sx's A-pillar, therefore, the guy will have to use part of the s13's rear-section of the fender and graph the s15 front-part of the fender together. I'll post picture once it's done. Or just look up Signal's sil80.

Signal Auto doesnt have a sponsored Sileighty. They have a Drift 180SX with S15 headlights if thats what you meant. Check here or the December 2001 issue of Super Street(its really sad that i knew exactly what issue to find it in without even checking:help )http://www.signalauto.com/drift.html

Btw this was at: Import Showoff Canada in Vancouver BC on 8 June 2002
