S13,S14 ??? what to do?

ok so i been asking questions alot and i decided to ask this lets say im gonna have 7500 for the front clip and lets say i want either a s13 or a s14 which would i be able to get the most power out of and to the ground with the 7500 that price includes mods and the front clip and also list what mods i should do please and also post what kinda mods i would have to do to the drive train to get it to the ground i searched for some stuff on what im asking and i cant find anythign that really says

Get the s13 blacktop (newer than redtops), upgrade the turbo (so many options)...I'd recommend GT25R series or T3/T04e series, those willboth get you over 390whp+. Get a Greddy R-spl intercooler. Engine management system like Haltech, SDS, etc.
