Are the S13 and S14 waterpumps the same?? direct bolt on??

the bolts holes will line up, actually. i got a chance to compare an S14 pump and an S13 pump side by side. The big difference is that the S14 pump is a different thickness than the S13 pump. Which leads me to conclude that the blocks are cast differently.
