Congrats on the help guys. But seriously, i did digging and found out thier all the same but Connector #3 on the s13 trans is a "Top position switch", I guess that'll stay unpluged. lol

a bit late, but whatever.

s13 trans:
1- neutral switch
2- 5th position switch
3- 4th (top) position switch
4- reverse switch

s14 trans:
1- neutral switch
2- 5th position switch
3- reverse switch

you only need to wire the reverse, neutral and speed sensor for functionality. i would plug the hole in the trans. casing for the 4th (top) position switch rather than just leaving the switch unplugged.

Im using the S14 trans, so no need to plug an unused whole. I'll just have to ziptie the top sensor plug out of the way.

Correct. I mis-read your original post. I thought you had it the other way around....up too late

However, I would still use the plug/pigtail from the s13 4th (top) position switch to plug into your harness in order to seal your lower harness off from the weather. There is no need to have open connections, of any kind, exposed to the weather.
