S13 & S14 rear rotors = the same?

I have an S13 and i'm 5 lug converted already. I am buying new brake rotors (Brembo), but for the S13s they only offer 4 lug, so I was going to get some 5 lug S14 rotors.

Will the S14 rear 5 lug rotors work with my stock S13 rear calipers?

redrilling the 4 lug to 5 lug is an option, but I'm trying to avoid having to put any extra holes in my rotors..
