S13 & S14 knuckle(spindle)

ok, friend has a S14 SE(5 lug), his knuckle(or spindle) has a bad nut(the big nut, probably cross-threaded), he's wondering if a he can use an S13 knuckle with his S14 hub.(found what looks like an S13 knuckle(which btw looks the same as an S14))

The spindle the bearing hub rides on is thicker on the s14. The ball joint has a different taper to it. Finally, the strut mounting bolts are thicker on the s14 spindle as well. Find another s14 spindle and replace the bearing hub as needed.
