I've got a '98 5spd w/original KA24DE.

I've come across a valve cover a friend is selling for cheap, and I'd like to get it powdercoated and put it on my car, and take my time doing it, so I'd leave my current valve cover on in the meantime.

Anyway, it's off a 93 coupe's KA24DE. Is it interchangeable with what I've got? Is it the same part?

Thanks.

unfortunately, no. There are only two bolts on the top of the s14 but three on top of the s13. Also, the holes for the bolts are slightly larger on the s14, so you might have to swap bolts and the front upper timing cover.

I dont think you could do it because the bolt hole sizes are slightly different and you'd have one bolt left out

just pay 50 bones to have yours powdercoated

there's also a bolt in between the 2 rear bolts on the S14 which isn't found on the S13

yeah, i forgot to say that, but that hole wouldn't even show up when putting the s13 rocker cover on the s14 head, so you would only have one hole left out on top that goes to nowhere.

i've always wondered this myself, but sunnys14, you couldn't even get it to half way work? yeah i guess S14 uses the larger bolts and they wouldnt even slip into the S13 head, dang ol man.
