Just wondering if both S13 and S14 intake manifolds share the same flange that bolts to the head...reason i ask is that i can get a S13 one for next to nothing and i'll cut the flange off of it to use in making a custom one for S14...i just wanted to keep mine in tact and i didn't wanna have to get the flange made up, and really don't wanna have to make one myself...

Has anyone ever done a flow comparison between the two?

Alitmas and the trucks use diff intake manifolds, they are same engine but has diff mani's. The ones on the truck looks like a carburator (even thos its efi).

It doesn't matter if its a different manifold, as long as the head is the same then the flanges should be...both altimas and hardbodys have the DOHC, so isn't it the same head?

no, all the dohc are not the same. The altima and truck dohc head have a smaller front cover assembly and different distributor location than the 240sx. The altima head has the main water passage on the exhaust side of head, as well as the casting in the back for the cam driven distributor mounting. I would assume the flanges both intake and exhaust on the truck and 240 heads are basically the same. Valve covers arent interchangeable on truck and altima. They all most likely use slightly different cam profiles as well.

They are all basically the same and components valves, cams, springs, retainers, etc... are interchangable.
