S13/S14 cylinder head question?

1991 Nissan 240sx Hatch KA24DE

I have a problem choosing a Head.

I know this has probably been answered a thousand times before, and yes I have used the little red search button but I keep getting a thousand different answers. Let me make this a quick as I can. My cylinder is cracked and I'm in the market for a used one from the junkyard. I found one complete for $80 but it was from a 95 S14. I called some of my 240SX friends and they told me that an S14 head will fit an S13 block perfectly only difference is the computer which has nothing to do with the head. Still feeling a little skeptic I called Maroone Nissan's parts department and they told me NO S14 and S13 heads have different serial numbers so the bolts will not line up correctly. Once and for all will an S14 head fit an S13 block? Please help me out I can't find a straight answer.
