S13>S14 chassis a/c?

Ok, here is the deal. My car has both SR and KA ecu in it right now. The KA's harness is still plugged in, and the ECU turns on. I left it there in hopes of getting my a/c working. Now to my point. When I turn on the car and push the 'a/c' button, the compressor doesn't turn on and I know why. The KA engine does not see a motor that is on, so it won't activate the clutch.

The point is, how would I trick the ka ecu into turning on the compressor?
