S13/S14 Axles, the same?

I just got my S14 a couple days ago, sadly not equiped with a limited slip. So I was thinking no biggie I'll just throw the one from my S13 in there and call it a day. But then i read somewhere on here that the S14 is wider than the S13 so i was wondering if the axles are different lengths? Anyone know for sure?

To me I would't put anything on a s14 from an s13 but you should try it and if it works you should post it up. good luck with it man.

Just in case anyone was wondering, it worked... Only mod required was to swap the rear covers, the S13 is 4 bolts, the S14 only has 2, other than that its a bolt in deal, the 5 bolt axles (unit is originally from a 96ish 300zx NA, same R200V diff as the J30 and S13/S14 though) were stretching just a little with the car fully elavated and the suspension fully extended, but I dont see this being a probem at normal ride height, especially since the car is lower anyway. well thats my little FYI for the night, enjoy
