S13/S14 A/C fan question(already searched for an hour)

I have an S13 with a 98 S14 KA swap. The shop that did my swap didn't install my A/C fan, claiming that the mechanical fan was enough to cool the A/C condenser. I went to install it this weekend and the plugs don't match? Are they diffrerent from S13 to S14?

the one on the s13,that I have in only has two wire in the plug,your ac fine should have two,unless the fans has three one slow speed and one for high but have not seen one with three,if they are diffrent you can just cut them off and wire them withe ac fan,and no the mechanical fan is not enought to cool the condenser,
