S13 running rough need MORE HELP

hey everybody, i got my 240 about six months ago...it's got 234k on it and it's been running rough since about a two weeks ago after i fixed it up a bit. When i first got it, the car was pretty ok, only problems were in shifting (it's an auto). I read the listing of how to check for problems but i need more than that. I got into a little fight with a pole and the lower control arms were damaged on front and back right sides and the torsion bars/ tension rods were damaged from the get go. since then i have replaced them which took me about a month or so, the car wasn't driven or turned on much during this time. Now i just want to get my car running smooth mechanically. if there are some suggestions you may have as to how to get it going a little better please let me know. i guess all im looking for is guidance to get my baby running smooth thanks for the help peace

Lift your car, inspect the control arms and everything else..
