s13 runnin super rich please help ASAP

ok so here it is i have a 94 vert i just recently did a 5speed swap and while i had the engine out i got rid of the erg b/s and well every vacuum line on the car except the fpr line and the brake booster and at first it had a slight miss at idle then after messing with it i got it to stop or so i thought lol now it has clouds of black smoke and in the morning when i start it it stumbles then dies unless i race the engine then it idles ok but runs and at certin speeds most noticable in school zones it has a speedy miss and hesitates when i get on it for a split second

it has a new o2, both coolent sensors, maf, tps, iacv, plugs, wires

im at a loss any help would be great lol

maybe unrelated maybe not i just noticed when i turn my heat on the idle drops a little and some times makes the idle drop to like 500 thanx any one

I know this is NO help, really, but it's a KA. I have NEVER, EVER seen a KA NOT run rich.

true lol but this is an extreme case lol you would have to see the amount of black smoke oh and i get about 12mpg lol

Mmmm, was the car running like the prior to the swap? Did you buy the car off someone that "did engine work"?

when i got it i was stock engine and auto trans and well the engine through a rod it had a knock when i got it so i put a new enigne in it with the auto trans and it was i didnt notice the miss or the smoke but mpg did suck then i pulled it again to do the 5spd swap and when i did the 5spd i cut the egr and vacuum s*** so im not sure if its the auto ecu the egr and vacuums being taken off or what
