S13 RUCA removal problem

I'm having trouble removing the eccentric washer off of the eccentric bolt on the chassis side of the rear upper control arm. I've tried spraying it with Freeze Off (similar to PB Blaster) and hammering the end of the bolt to try to get it to slide out, and also tried to pry the washer off with an allen screwdriver.

I'm thinking that I need to twist the washer off the bolt because it's stuck from being twisted onto the wrong side of the eccentric bolt, but I'm not sure how I should go about doing that.. Or maybe a torch would do?

Have you tried getting a wrench on the other end and giving it a twist? Welcome to NICO btw!

Thanks!Yes I have but it only spins freely. I've tried hammering the bottom of the bolt while twisting the head part of the bolt, but still no luck.

Interesting. My only fear about the torch would be that you'd catch something on fire or heat something that shouldn't be heated up.

try a pry barOr a propane torch sometimes just a little heat helps

MY money is that at one time someone tried to remove the bolt from the other end, and jammed the eccentric bolt on the washer.
