S13 RSR Race vs Eibach Pro drop heights

I have searched all over for this, but I only have only found theoreticaldrop heights with these two springs that in which does not help muchsince in reality those numbers are not really true.I am currently running Eibach Pro's w/Koni Yellows, and am thinking ofswitching to RSR Race springs. The height that I have right now is reallygood and do not scrape anywhere.

What I want to know if anyone has experience with the loweing heights, ishow much more will RSR Race springs lower my car? Eibach's springs progressive spring rates make it hard to do slaloms, and my car is usedfor daily, sprited, and autoxing.
