s13 redtop into s14 chassis

ok its in the car waiting on my wiring harness and fmic installed and piped now just need to fabricate air bypass hose to throttle body cuz e-bay kit has no hole in it can the bypass be plugged so the car can run and where is the best place for the blow off valve to be welded
