s13 rear wiper

I just got my car back from getting painted an now my rear wiper stopped working :help When I push the rear washer button the washer works but the wiper doesn't. Also I hear a ticking noise coming from the wiper timing box in the back when I push the wiper button. Would the timing box be the problem?

timing could definatly be a problem. make sure the connector is conected to the wiper motor. you can also use a volt meter to check for power getting to the motor

mine does something similar.. if i click the rear wiper.. i hear a HMMMM.. HMMMM like the motor is running, or tryign to run, but just cant flip the blade.

go to the back, flip the cover at the bottom of the wiper, unscrew it, take off the wiper. from there see if theres anything blocking the little motor.
