I had my front and rear suspension done with Energy Poly bushings and KYB Factory struts. After we did the rear I found play in the Sub-frame & was out of money so I just installed the spacers which fixed the sub-frame from jumping all over the place. I live in New Orleans and the roads are terrible and it is so tight that with a bad back I cannot drive the car.

Will replacing the sub-frame bushings help with the WAY to tight suspension or did I screw up with using the Energy Bushings instead of rubber?

THANKS.

KILLING BACK!
