S13 Rear Subframe Question

I have a S13 with a hicas rear end, i want to keep the hicas diff but want to get rid of the hicas, so what i was going to do is instead of getting the hicas eliminator i was going to get a non hicas s13 rear subframe, but my local salvage only has a s14 with a rear subframe but im not sure if they are the same or can be interchanged???????
