s13 rear ball joint

Okay, i need new ball joints for the rear of my S13, I've heard that the B13 SE-R front ball joint fits the s13 and s14 but i've bought some and it seems that the b13 is about 1mm too wide and won't press on the s13 control arms. can anyone please help in guiding me in the right direction other than buying new arms for the rear.
