So as stated I have an s13, that I'm almost ready to throw my neo 6 into. I have a Jun style intake manifold, and it has the flange to still use the stock AAC valve and the space for the coolant lines as well. BUT where do the coolant lines go? I know one goes to the throttle body but there are 3 of them, and I don't know where the other 2 go. Anyone know?! Or do I even have to connect them? On the flange it has the coolant side blocked off and only the vacuum side there. I can provide pics, I just need to set up a photobucket or whatever. Also I'm using a Q45 TB, and as stated a Jun style IM.

the neo AAC/IAC needs to be hooked up to the coolant system in order for cold start idle to work properly. there's a little wax ball and spring in it that opens and closes based on coolant temp for the cold start valve. it should be fairly obvious if you look at the IAC

i would block off any line going to the throttle body. it's more of an emissions/MPG thing. unless you want to heat up the air going through the throttle body! ;)

Haha alright thanks, will it make a difference that on my intake mani insead of the hole for it to be the complete square half of it is blocked off? Specifically the coolant size, so instead of the whole square open half for vacuum and half for coolant, only the vacuum size is open. Will that matter at all even if it's getting coolant? I'm just going to route two of the lines I blocked off after removing the stock oil cooler assembly to it. The third I might just have to T off into it. Will the flow of coolant matter? I don't want to hook it up to just some coolant source and then it get messed up. Lol. Sorry for the N00b questions on this I've just never had this problem before.

yeah, just run coolant to those lines and block off one of the ones on the end and it will be fine.

Ok cool, I know exactly where I'm going to run it. It won't matter which one I block though will it?
