S13 rb25 ecu question.

Ok. So my buddy is doing a rb25 swap into his s13 coupe. I told him to buy a rb ecu but instead bought a Z32 ecu and said he could use that also. Can he use the Z32 ecu and if so where in socal can he send it the get programmed in socal thats not far from oceanside (im driving him around until hes ecu is done)
