S13 rb20det consult wiring

Hey,

I am in the middle of wiring up my rb20det into my 240 hatch. all the main wiring is done and the engine starts and runs fine. i had the consult plug working with the kade but now it is not because of the rb20det/s13 wiring.

So i cut the consult plug from under the steering column and wired it directly to the rb ecu, but it does not seem to be working. My laptop sees there is something plugged in but nissan datascan will not connect to the rb20det ecu.

This is how i have it wired up:

Does that look right for the wiring, i have searched and used several guides. Any info would be great, thanks
