S13 RB20 Wiring Issue, No Power To Sub-Harness

Basically got the car to start tonight, figured out what the problem was, now just need to figure out how to fix it.

I checked for a few days and couldn't figure out why I had no spark. But tonight I ran a wire from the battery over to the 3 prong plug going to the coil pack sub-harness. Boom fired right up! So basically I am not getting my 12v constant to the coil pack sub-harness. I can't really figure out why. I am guessing there is a broken connection in the main engine harness or possibly the ecu is bad?? Except the fact that the car cranks and runs. I guess I could run a wire to an ACC circuit. But I would rather do it right. Any thoughts?
