s13 RB20 downpipe help

Does anyone know if i can use a SR or another brand of downpipe for a s13 RB20?Yes i do know there is McKinneys, but i dont know if they are the same size as a regular SR one. I 'm trying to just figure out and would like any help possible.If not then i'll resort to buying the Mckinneys.thankyou

i bought that downpipe and the overall quality of that product is terrible. i had to cut both flanges off and reposition them, plus they welded way to close to the bolt holes so you couldn't get a bolt/nut to sit flush.

i was extremely disappointed

Im using the topspeed dp for my rb20, lined right up.I also heard that greddy makes one for the rb too.

i saw the greddy downpipe but wasn't sure if it would fit. where did you get your topspeed from?

Get an sr20 downpipe and cut the flange and rotate it.

The SR one sounds like a good ideaAlso another problem i heard is that sonetimes it depends on the motor mounts on how the dp will line upI have the McKinneys basic $300 mount kit thanks

Not a big deal, get the flange rotated and if it's short, extend it, if its long cut it and reweld. lol

Syko performance makes a turbo outlet that you can use a SR downpipe with. downside is it costs 200 bucks

This isnt my pic but i found this pic around the forum from someone else. but this is the topspeed downpipe and it fits like a charm, just dont go slamming your car. im usin this exact one. I got my dp through SP Engineering but i have also seen these go on ebay sometimes.

rb-performance.net was in the process of making a custom downpipe last time i saw them trying to fab one up. i dont know if they are finished making it yet.
