Here is the issue, my S13 was working perfectly one day, then all of the sudden I check the car and the clutch was lower and lower to the floor. I drained out the brake fluid and filled it back up so the clutch was back to the regular position. Now here is the problem, I started the car and tried to put it in gear and it wouldn't go in any gears. I have no clue what that could be, I need some help on this one before I tear my car apart trying to fix it.

You need to check your clutch master cylinder and slave cylinders for leakage.

OK, Im still kind of a noob to this, the clutch master cylinder is under the hood and what holds the fluid, and the slave cylinders are on the transmission under the car right?

It seems that the fork isn't moving. Have someone press the clutch while you take a gander at the slave. Does it push out as the clutch is pressed in? It should. If not. Your slave or cylinder is bad or your not getting enough pressure, I.e. a leak

Ok, I had my wife press on the clutch while I looked under the car and as she pressed the slave cylinder didn't even move so I take it that's it. I really appreciate it and I will keep you posted.

1.) SEARCH. Someone did a write-up on clutch problems after I posted problems with a bad damper.

2.) Remove damper (under car, by the slave and frame rail)

3.) Check for leaky slave cylinder (they're $15 new at Auto Zone)

4.) Replace master cylinder

5.) These don't have forks because they're hydrolics. They use actuators.

Hope that helps and good luck!
