I just found a 1993 240 w/ 112,000 miles. Nearly perfect shape- garage kept, all work done at nissan, no rust(even under spoiler).Interior is in perfect shape- no smells, seats arent ripped, no stains. Anyone know what a good price would be. He wants $4000.

Hmmm....sounds like it's a good car. I'd say no more than $3500, but I'm not positive. I paid $2500 for mine two years ago and it was about the same as you said but had higher miles. You might want to get some more opinions, because I haven't really priced a lot of 240's.

whoa thats way too much with 112,00 miles on it...the bluebook on the car is not even $3000(assuming its the base model), and thats assuming its in excelent condition and nothin wrong mechanicaly. i would say 2700 would be a good price for the car, make an offer, but dont pay 4000 for it

Personally, I'd go $3500 for a REALLY clean S13. I'd try to get a Nissan tech to give it a really good look before I bought it too. A little bit of money spent up front could head of some major problems later on, if the seller is OK with it. If he has nothing to hide and he knows you're serious about buying, I don't see why he wouldn't let his Nissan dealer inspect the car.

If the mechanic finds a problem with the car, you can always use that to lower the price, assuming the problem can be fixed without too much trouble.

Hell, start at 3K and see what the guy says.

if it's that clean then you know it's been taken care of, i'd try and talk him down a little, but that might be too good a deal to pass up.
