s13 power isnt shutting off

[OTM S13]

so i recently bought a 93 hatch with a 95 dual cam swap.
when i remove the key something isnt shutting off and it drains my battery.
(it didnt do it the first 2 weeks, it stared after i replaced the battery)
the previous owner put in a push start.
i followed the 2 wires from the button into the engine bay and i believe they are both wired to the starter.
could this be he problem?

you could always try disconnected the starter button and seeing if that's the deal. Or just shut the car off and test the current on the starter switch to see if it is still flowing current.
